Multi Units Luxembourg Announces Share Split for Shareholders
Multi Units Luxembourg has announced a share split for the Amundi Core UK Government Bond UCITS ETF Dist. This decision, made by the board of directors, aims to increase the number of shares held by each shareholder by a factor of 20. The split will occur on July 24, 2026, without changing the total value of the investment.
Each shareholder will receive 19 additional shares for every share they currently hold. Consequently, the Net Asset Value per share will decrease proportionally. The total investment value remains unaffected post-split, ensuring no financial impact on shareholders.
Subscriptions and redemptions on the Primary Market will be temporarily suspended from July 22 to July 24, 2026. The management company will cover all associated fees or costs. No changes will be made to share identification codes.
