Appointment of an expert for the M2i OPAS

M2i announces the appointment of Ledouble as independent expert for its proposed simplified public tender offer (OPAS). This appointment follows the announcement of the proposed acquisition of majority shares by Skolae. Ledouble, represented by Olivier Cretté, will assess the financial conditions of the OPAS. The Board of Directors of M2i, on the recommendation of a committee composed of independent directors, has taken this decision. The expert's report and the Board's opinion will be made public in a note submitted to the AMF. In the event of satisfactory conditions, the OPAS could lead to a mandatory squeeze-out. The project is governed by the relevant articles of the AMF regulations.
