MACOMPTA.FR partners with CIC CIB for a liquidity contract

MACOMPTA.FR, a specialist in software solutions for businesses and accountants, has entered into a liquidity agreement with CIC CIB. This partnership, effective March 30, 2026, is for one year with automatic renewal. The agreement aims to boost MACOMPTA.FR's share price on Euronext Growth in Paris, in accordance with applicable regulations, including AMF Decision No. 2021-01.

To implement this contract, €100,000 has been allocated to this operation. The contract may be suspended under certain regulatory conditions, in the event of a share price falling outside authorized thresholds, or at the request of MACOMPTA.FR. The contract may be terminated without notice by MACOMPTA.FR or with two weeks' notice by CIC CIB.
