Sirius Media finalizes consolidation and capital reduction
On May 18, 2026, Sirius Media announced the completion of its share consolidation and capital reduction. This process was decided by the Board of Directors on March 26, 2026, and ratified at the Extraordinary General Meeting of March 10, 2026.
The consolidation converted 1,000 ordinary shares of €0.10 each into 1 new share of €100 each. This reduced the number of shares from 2,365,496,139 to 2,365,496. The new shares will be listed on Euronext Growth Paris from May 19, 2026.
The capital reduction lowered the nominal value of each share to €0.02, allowing the company to offset previous losses. The share capital decreased from €236.5 million to €47,309.92.
