Snipp Interactive Inc. announced a delay in submitting its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The Company's filing, initially due by April 30, 2025, is postponed due to ongoing assessments of its transactions, systems, and IT controls by its auditors.

CEO Atul Sabharwal stated that the delay results from the auditors' need to ensure confidence in control systems related to the Company's IT infrastructure. Despite the postponement, Snipp maintains its SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certifications. The Company is collaborating diligently with its auditors to finalize the filings, anticipating a new submission date of May 15, 2025.
