Manitou Group Unveils CSR Roadmap for LIFT 2030 Strategy

On March 11, 2026, Manitou Group announced its 2026-2030 CSR roadmap, a pivotal component of its LIFT 2030 strategy. This roadmap aims to anchor sustainability at the core of the group's operations, facilitating responses to global challenges such as geopolitical and environmental shifts. Developed collaboratively with stakeholders, the "CSR Lens" provides a framework for sustainability across all activities, enhancing Manitou's role as a key business partner.

The roadmap is structured around four strategic axes: human potential, resource use and circular economy, climate commitment, and trust and collaboration. These focus on talent retention, integrating circular principles, reducing emissions, and building sustainable solutions with partners. The group is committed to refurbishing and remanufacturing initiatives to support a circular economy.

To ensure transparency, Manitou employs 18 monitoring indicators, with targets set for accident frequency, emissions, sustainable product sales, and ethical standards in the value chain by 2030. CEO Michel Denis emphasizes that sustainability and operational excellence are now foundational to the group's growth strategy.
