The failure to achieve and finalize these payments is attributed to delays by Unither in client contract negotiations and strategic shifts.

The company aims to stabilize finances, potentially through legal actions against Unither, and plans to continue its operations throughout the proceedings. Marinomed's revenue for 2025 was approximately EUR 7.7 million, with liabilities reaching EUR 27.9 million.

The termination of Marinomed's liquidity services contract with Raiffeisen Bank International has led to immediate liquidity challenges for its share trading. The company is working to restore liquidity swiftly while keeping stakeholders informed.
