Masterflex SE Extends CEO and CFO Contracts to Ensure Strategic Continuity

Masterflex SE's Supervisory Board has extended the contracts of its CEO, Dr. Andreas Bastin, and CFO, Mark Becks. The extension is aimed at maintaining continuity and reliability in management to achieve strategic objectives. Dr. Bastin's contract now runs until December 31, 2028, while Mr. Becks's extends until December 31, 2030. This decision underscores their significant contributions to the company's success and their confidence in its future, reflected by their 6.61% personal shareholding.

Under their leadership, Masterflex has become a market leader with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions. Dr. Bastin notes the importance of the new Hero@Zero program, prioritizing high-margin products and transitioning towards a circular economy. The strategy aims to strengthen Masterflex’s position in hose and connection technology.

Mr. Becks emphasized the company's achievements under challenging conditions and aims to drive Masterflex's revenue to EUR 200 million by 2030 through organic growth and targeted acquisitions.
