Medacta Announces 2025 AGM Details

Medacta Group SA has released an invitation for its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is scheduled for May 7, 2025, at the company's premises in Rancate, Switzerland. Shareholders have the option to attend in person or vote by proxy.

The Board of Directors proposes a distribution of CHF 13.7 million, equivalent to CHF 0.69 per share, as dividends. Additionally, the re-election of Dr. Alberto Siccardi as Chairman, along with existing board members, is on the agenda. The re-election of the Remuneration Committee members and approval of maximum compensations for board members and management are also proposed.
