Medartis Group Acquires M.A.R.C. Institute for US Surgical Training

Medartis Group has announced the acquisition of the M.A.R.C. Institute in Doral, Florida, marking its first permanent surgical training facility outside Europe. This center, with 36 surgical stations, is now the group's largest globally. Managed locally and in partnership with the International Bone Research Association, the institute will remain accessible to external participants including universities and healthcare professionals.

Founded in 2008, the M.A.R.C. Institute supports training and research in orthopedics, offering hands-on anatomical specimen education. Medartis plans to modernize the facility while maintaining its operation. Additionally, the institute has active sites in Brazil, enhancing the group's regional presence. This acquisition aligns with Medartis's strategic focus on innovation and education, providing surgeons in the Americas valuable training opportunities.
