Publication of Voting Rights Data by MEDIA 6

MEDIA 6 has published its monthly report on the number of shares constituting its capital and the total voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. The figures cover the periods from January to March 2025.

As of March 31, 2025, the number of shares comprising the capital was 2,631,250. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounted to 4,804,947, while the exercisable rights were 4,546,726. These figures remained constant compared to the previous months, namely January and February 2025.

The calculation of theoretical voting rights includes shares deprived of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF regulations, while exercisable rights are excluded.
