Stability of capital and voting rights at MEDIA 6

MEDIA 6 has provided key information on its share capital composition for the recent period. As of May 31, 2025, the number of shares remains stable at 2,631,250. This stability is also reflected in the total number of theoretical voting rights, which stands at 4,804,947, as well as in the exercisable voting rights set at 4,546,726.

Since March 2025, no significant changes have been observed in these figures. This report complies with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations, illustrating MEDIA 6's transparency towards its investors regarding the structure of its capital and voting rights.
