Stability of Capital and Voting Rights for MEDIA 6

On May 6, 2025, MEDIA 6 published monthly statistics regarding its capital and associated voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. The data reveal notable stability for the period from February to April 2025.

At the end of each month, specifically on February 28, March 31 and April 30, 2025, the number of shares making up the capital of MEDIA 6 remains constant at 2,631,250. At the same time, the total number of theoretical voting rights continually amounts to 4,804,947, while the exercisable rights are recorded at 4,546,726.

These figures are calculated in accordance with Articles 223-11 and 223-16, including shares without voting rights on a theoretical basis and net of shares deprived of voting rights for those that can be exercised.
