Median Technologies announced the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of August 31, 2026. The total number of shares is 49,071,263, while the actual number of voting rights is 49,002,485, excluding treasury shares. The theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, amounts to 49,048,063.
On the other hand, 12,261,125 share subscription warrants (BSA) remain available for exercise out of the 14,424,541 issued in 2025. This information is in line with the regulatory obligations of the Commercial Code and the Financial Markets Authority.
