MEDIAN TECHNOLOGIES: Voting Rights and Share Capital Update
On August 7, 2025, MEDIAN TECHNOLOGIES disclosed its total number of voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2025. This disclosure adheres to article L-223-8 II of the French “code de Commerce” and the AMF’s General Regulations. Headquartered in Sophia Antipolis, France, the company reported a total of 19,955,226 shares.
The number of real voting rights, excluding treasury shares, stood at 19,887,523. Meanwhile, the theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, was recorded at 19,932,026. Class E preference shares of the company do not carry voting rights, as per stipulations of the AMF’s General Regulations.
