MEDICLIN AG: Shareholders Approve All AGM Resolutions

The Annual General Meeting of MEDICLIN AG, held virtually on 28 May 2026, approved all proposed resolutions. The company demonstrated stable performance in a challenging market, aided by efficiency improvements and structural optimisations. CFO Tino Fritz reported a solid financial position with sustained service demand.

Resolutions included the discharge of both the Management and Supervisory Boards and the approval of a EUR 0.04 per share dividend.
