Medincell Secures €41.8 Million in Non-Dilutive Financing
Medincell, the French biopharmaceutical company, announced the securing of an additional €13.8 million in non-dilutive financing. This brings the total non-dilutive financing since July 2026 to €41.8 million. The funding was obtained from European commercial banks and Bpifrance. It allows the company to extend its debt maturity profile and repay a significant portion of its European Investment Bank loan.
As of March 31, 2026, Medincell had €84.8 million in cash and cash equivalents. The recent financial moves highlight Medincell's strategy to strengthen its financial position without diluting shareholder value. This stability aims to support its long-term business goals and ongoing investment in developing innovative long-acting injectable treatments.
