Mirova crosses a threshold at MEDINCELL

On February 17, 2026, MEDINCELL announced that Mirova, through funds it manages, has fallen below the 5% threshold of voting rights within the company.

On February 11, 2026, Mirova held 2,146,364 MEDINCELL shares, representing 6.44% of the total share capital but only 4.89% of the voting rights. This increase was due to a sale of shares on the market.

MEDINCELL is listed on Euronext Paris, with a total capital of 33,345,782 shares representing 43,873,721 voting rights.
