Medios AG Extends Contract of Executive Board Member

Berlin, 3 June 2026 – Medios AG has announced the early extension of Constantijn van Rietschoten's contract, Chief Business Officer International, on its Executive Board. The Supervisory Board decided to prolong his tenure by three more years, until 30 April 2030. Van Rietschoten, who has been a board member since May 2024, oversees International Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate Business Development.

Dr. Yann Samson, Chairman of Medios AG's Supervisory Board, commended van Rietschoten's contribution to the company's international strategy. The extension affirms the board's confidence in his leadership.
