Medios AG Pursues Growth and Profitability in H1 2026

Medios AG reported an 8.4% revenue increase to €1,074.9 million in the first half of 2026, continuing its growth trajectory. However, EBITDA pre¹ fell by 5.1% to €44.0 million, with the pre-margin down to 4.1%. The decline is attributed to lower profit margins and higher operating expenses. The strategic acquisition of a majority stake in Caelo is set to bolster Medios' European platform, with Caelo's revenues anticipated to be €40 million for the current fiscal year.

The company saw revenue growth across all segments, but profitability was impacted by ongoing price pressures, particularly in the Pharmaceutical Supply sector. Medios is executing the Avanti-Medios! initiative to enhance operational efficiency, with noticeable improvements in Patient-Specific Therapies. Despite solid revenue growth, cash flow dropped 52.1% mainly due to higher tax payments, affecting the overall financial outlook.
