Thomas Meier Appointed CEO of Medios AG

Berlin, November 3, 2025 – Medios AG has announced the appointment of Thomas Meier as the new CEO, effective February 1, 2026. Meier, who previously served as CEO of Bachem Holding AG, will succeed Matthias Gaertner, who remains in office until December 31, 2025.

The chairman of Medios AG's Supervisory Board, Dr. Yann Samson, expressed confidence in Meier's leadership, highlighting his international experience and successful track record in capital-efficient growth. Samson thanked the outgoing CEO, Matthias Gaertner, for his ten years of service, which significantly contributed to Medios' growth and success.

Thomas Meier expressed his enthusiasm for leading Medios, aiming to expand its presence in the European Specialty Pharma market. Over the coming months, Medios is set to release their quarterly statement on December 4, 2025, with upcoming appearances at conferences in Hamburg and Windsor Park.
