CHAPTERS Group AG Announces Additional Tap Issue for Bond

CHAPTERS Group AG is moving forward with plans to issue an additional tranche of its bond, aiming to raise the outstanding volume to EUR 100 million. The bond, which offers a 7.00% yield and matures between 2025 and 2030, has already seen successful placements. An initial EUR 32 million tranche was issued in August 2025, followed by an increase in October 2025 that brought the total to EUR 72 million.

This new issuance will also be conducted as a private placement exclusively for qualified institutional investors. The company has engaged Berenberg as the sole facilitation agent for this financial endeavor. The move reflects CHAPTERS Group AG’s strategic approach to extend its financial headroom, tapping into investor interest.
