Correction of MEMSCAP own stock transactions

On January 3, 2025, MEMSCAP published a corrective statement regarding its share buyback program. This update follows a correction provided by the investment services provider mandated by the company. The correction concerns an additional transaction of 382 shares at a unit price of EUR 4.90, carried out on December 16, 2024.

For the period from December 16 to 20, 2024, MEMSCAP has carried out share repurchases for cancellation. The total number of shares repurchased has been specified, including an adjustment to the total daily volume initially published on December 23, 2024. The company repurchased 4,827 shares on December 16, 8,727 on December 17, 3,998 on December 18, 7,211 on December 19 and 8,150 on December 20.
