BlackRock crosses thresholds in MERCIALYS

On March 9, 2026, MERCIALYS announced that BlackRock Inc., through clients and funds under management, had crossed the 5% threshold of its share capital and voting rights. As of March 6, BlackRock held 4,733,535 shares, representing 5.04% of MERCIALYS' share capital and voting rights.

This breach resulted from on- and off-market share purchases and an increase in shares held as collateral. Furthermore, BlackRock exercises discretionary power over voting rights, unless otherwise instructed by its clients.
