Mercialys Completes Share Buyback Transactions
Mercialys, a French limited company, announced it successfully executed share buyback transactions between September 14 and September 16, 2026. The transactions, conducted under Article 5 of European Regulation no. 596/2014, involved a total of 73,604 shares. The weighted average price per share was EUR 10.4755. These buybacks were carried out on the Paris market.
The purpose of these transactions is to meet obligations for existing free share allocation plans benefiting employees and executive officers. An investment services provider handled the process under a buyback mandate. The total share buyback plan authorized the acquisition of up to 430,000 shares, now completed. The mandate aligns with the program approved by the April 2026 Shareholders’ General Meeting.
