Mersen Announces Share and Voting Rights Update for July 2026

Mersen has disclosed its total number of shares and voting rights as of July 31, 2026. The total number of shares in the capital stands at 24,418,312. The real number of voting rights is calculated at 27,005,110. This figure considers double voting rights and excludes shares with no voting rights.

The theoretical number of voting rights is slightly higher, recorded at 27,139,112. These figures are shared in accordance with Article L-233-8-II of the French "Code de Commerce" and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.

Mersen, a global industrial group, focuses on energy and industrial transitions. It operates over 50 industrial sites across 30 countries and is listed on Euronext Paris, Compartment B.
