Metro Bank Releases 2025 Annual Report and Schedules 2026 AGM
Metro Bank Holdings PLC has published its 2025 Annual Report and accounts. The announcement follows the preliminary results shared on 4 March 2026. The company has also issued the notice for its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for 2 June 2026. The AGM will take place at One Southampton Row, London.
Interested stakeholders can access the 2025 Annual Report and AGM notice on Metro Bank’s website. Shareholders have the option to request hard copies. Proxies for voting must be submitted by 29 May 2026 if shareholders cannot attend in person.
Nicholas Winsor, after serving on the Board since 2020, will retire effective 31 May 2026. His decision was previously announced and he will not seek re-election at this year's AGM.
