M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Announces New Share Issuance

M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc has issued 250,000 new ordinary shares at 95.20 pence per share as of February 18, 2025. This move aims to satisfy the ongoing demand for the company’s ordinary shares. Each new share will be fully paid and will have equal rights with the existing shares. As a result, the total number of shares now amounts to 153,595,771, which is also the number of voting rights in the company.

No shares are held in Treasury, allowing shareholders to use this total as a reference for calculating their interests according to the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
