M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Declares Interim Dividend

M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc has announced an interim dividend of 2.09 pence per Ordinary Share. This marks the final interim quarterly dividend for the financial year ending 31 December 2024. The dividend aligns with an annualized rate of SONIA plus 4%, based on the net asset value at the start of the year.

In accordance with the Company's 2018 prospectus, part of the dividend will apply under the 'streaming' regime. The distribution includes 1.53 pence as Interest Distribution and 0.56 pence as Dividend Distribution per share. The dividend is set for payment on 21 February 2025 to shareholders registered by 31 January 2025, with an ex-dividend date of 30 January 2025.
