M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Issues New Equity

M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc has announced the issuance of 500,000 additional ordinary shares. These shares, priced at 93.80 pence each, were released on 9 May 2025. This decision comes in response to increasing demand for the company's shares. The newly issued shares will be fully paid and will hold equal status with the existing ordinary shares.

With this issuance, the total number of ordinary shares in circulation stands at 170,993,740. The total number of voting rights also equals 170,993,740, with no shares held in treasury.
