M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Issues New Equity
M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc has announced the issuance of 100,000 new ordinary shares on 9 July 2026. Priced at 93.20 pence each, these shares were issued under the company's block listing to satisfy ongoing demand. The new shares will be fully paid and hold the same rights as existing shares.
Following this issuance, the company’s total number of ordinary shares has reached 205,643,740, with an additional 250,000 shares held in treasury. As a result, the total number of voting rights is also 205,643,740.
