M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Issues New Shares

M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc announced the issuance of 850,000 ordinary shares on 14 October 2025. Each share, valued at 95.60 pence, was issued under the company's block listing for cash to satisfy ongoing demand. These newly issued shares will be fully paid and will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares.
