M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Plc Issues New Shares

M&G Credit Income Investment Trust plc has announced the issuance of 1,250,000 new ordinary shares. These shares, valued at 95.48 pence each, have been issued to meet the ongoing demand for the company's existing ordinary shares. The transaction was completed on April 28, 2025.
