M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Plc Issues New Shares
M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Plc has announced the issuance of 500,000 new ordinary shares on 17 January 2025. Each share, with a nominal value of one penny, was issued for 96.40 pence, responding to strong investor demand. These new shares will hold the same rights as existing ones, including voting rights.
With this new issue, the total number of ordinary shares in circulation now amounts to 148,095,771, all of which hold voting rights.
