MG International: 2025 Annual Results

MG International closed the year 2025 with a turnover of 49.2 million euros and an operating profit of 748,000 euros. This year was marked by a difficult market environment, including a contraction in demand and increased competition, particularly in the pool robot sector.

The company nevertheless managed to maintain a 0.9 point increase in its gross margin, reaching 31.1%, thanks to optimization and industrial efficiency efforts. Net profit amounted to €739,000, down 47% compared to the previous year.

In terms of financial structure, the company remains solid with equity valued at €33.5 million and cash of €12.6 million as of December 31, 2025. MG International has continued to reduce its debt through strict management of its financial resources, despite an uncertain market environment.
