This strategic move aims to improve transparency and engagement with investors globally. Ingo Middelmenne, with over 25 years in capital markets, has been appointed as the new Head of European Investor Relations. His role involves strengthening connections with analysts and investors across Europe, including Germany, France, and the UK.

Furthermore, Verve aims to intensify its focus on the US capital markets. This expansion reflects Verve's commitment to increasing its presence and telling its transformation story more effectively on both continents. Simultaneously, Sören Barz, the current Head of Investor Relations, will take on a new role as Vice President of Corporate Communications & Strategic Initiatives, fostering internal talent growth.
