Verve Group SE Increases Share Count Through Employee Stock Option Program
On June 25, 2025, Verve Group SE announced the issuance of 51,181 new shares to support its employee stock option program. This decision follows approvals by the general meeting and the Board over several years.
Participants in the program exercised their options, receiving 51,181 warrants of series 2023/2030, which were converted into shares.
