Verve Group Shifts Registered Office from Sweden to Ireland

Verve Group Media SE, a leader in mobile advertising intelligence, is set to relocate its registered office from Stockholm to Dublin following approval from the Swedish Companies Registration Office (SCRO). This strategic move is expected to be finalized by early October 2026, contingent on re-registration with the Irish Companies Registration Office (ICRO).

The decision, approved by shareholders in June 2026, was formalized by the SCRO on 24 August 2026 with the issuance of a transfer certificate under the European Company Statute. Verve Group aims to establish its new legal presence at Ten Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin. The firm will soon announce its new Irish registration number, ISIN, and the date for trading commencement under this new identity.

This relocation marks a significant administrative shift for Verve Group, aligning with its broader strategy to streamline operations across North America and Europe.
