Verve Reports Strong Q1 2025 Growth

Verve Group SE has announced significant financial growth in Q1 2025. Net revenues surged by 32%, reaching €109 million compared to €82.5 million in Q1 2024. The adjusted EBITDA increased by 37% to €30.2 million, with a margin improvement to 28%. This growth was driven by a 51% rise in large software clients and a 24% increase in ad impressions.

Verve's 2025 guidance projects further growth, with expected revenues between €530-565 million, reflecting a 21-29% increase year-on-year, and an adjusted EBITDA of €155-175 million. The company aims to enhance market share, focusing on organic growth and reducing leverage amidst economic uncertainties.

CEO Remco Westermann highlighted the strong momentum from new clients and ongoing platform integration efforts, leading to higher efficiency and scalability. Verve continues to invest in product innovation and sales force expansion to sustain growth.
