Strategic reorganization at Miliboo
On November 13, 2025, Miliboo announced a change in its governance with the appointment of Nadège Léger as Deputy Chief Executive Officer. This decision, proposed by Guillaume Lachenal, Chairman and CEO and founder of the company, is part of a strategy to reorganize the senior management team.
Nadège Léger, with 16 years of experience at Miliboo, held various key roles before being appointed Director of Operations. She now takes charge of the group's operational management, allowing Lachenal to focus on the group's priority strategic issues.
