Mirah Investment & Development Partners with RV Capital for Asian Expansion

Mirah Investment & Development, based in Bali, announced a strategic partnership with RV Capital to boost its presence in the Asian hospitality market. This collaboration will see investments in Mirah's SOMOSHOTELS and Cocana Resorts, expanding to five new locations across Asia over the next five years.

RV Capital, with strong backgrounds from KKR and Goldman Sachs, plans significant capital deployment in 2026. This support aims to enhance Mirah's $300 million development pipeline in hospitality assets throughout Asia.

SOMOSHOTELS and Cocana Resorts will be the focus of this expansion, with new locations planned in Indonesia, Thailand, and Japan. Mirah's approach to identifying and developing in emerging destinations aligns with RV Capital's strategy of targeting high-demand, undersupplied markets.
