Mister Spex Names Benjamin v. Schenck as New CFO

Mister Spex SE has announced the appointment of Benjamin v. Schenck as its new Chief Financial Officer, starting November 1, 2025. Benjamin brings over 15 years of experience in finance and leadership, with expertise spanning digital, retail, and media sectors. Previously, he was CFO at Outfittery and played a key role in its merger with Lookiero. Schenck also held senior finance roles at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. He began his career at BNP Paribas.

Tobias Krauss, CEO of Mister Spex SE, expressed enthusiasm about Benjamin’s arrival, citing his expertise in transformation and integration as crucial for the company's growth and profitability. Nicola Brandolese, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, highlighted the significance of Benjamin’s experience for the company's ongoing digital scale expansion.

Benjamin succeeds Stephan Schulz-Gohritz, who will depart by mutual agreement at the end of October 2025.
