MLP SE Records Revenue Milestone, AI Adoption Grows
In 2025, MLP SE reported a record total revenue of EUR 1.08 billion, marking the twelfth consecutive year of growth. The company maintained a compound annual growth rate of 7% since 2020, with recurring revenue representing 72% of sales. Assets under management reached EUR 65.9 billion, while non-life insurance premium volume increased to EUR 809 million.
Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) were EUR 87.9 million, affected by a one-off real estate business focus adjustment. Excluding this, EBIT would stand at EUR 97.1 million. A dividend of 36 cents per share was proposed, maintaining a yield above 5%.
The company emphasized its commitment to artificial intelligence, implementing automated processes for non-life insurance. For 2026, MLP anticipates EBIT between EUR 100-110 million, with plans for further AI integration and strategic growth to achieve an EBIT of EUR 140-155 million by 2028. This growth is supported by consulting expansions and disciplined cost management.
