Mobilezone Completes Acquisition of Apfelkiste.ch and MAREIN

Mobilezone has announced the successful completion of the acquisition of AK Group AG, a move initially revealed on 19 March 2026. With this acquisition, mobilezone now owns Apfelkiste.ch, an e-commerce platform, and MAREIN, a retail branding specialist. This strategic expansion aims to strengthen mobilezone's position in telecommunications and mobile lifestyle products.

Pierre Droigk, founder of Apfelkiste.ch, becomes the largest individual shareholder of mobilezone with a 5.18% share. His involvement is seen as a vote of confidence and he is slated for election to the Board of Directors in March 2027.

Mobilezone has updated its financial guidance for 2026, projecting a group EBITDA of CHF 50-57 million, up from a previous forecast of CHF 40-47 million, thanks to the acquisition's full consolidation from 1 June 2026. The company maintains its EBITDA target of CHF 70 million for 2028.
