Laying of the foundation stone for the Burgmatt project in Merlischachen

Mobimo Holding AG celebrated the laying of the foundation stone for the Burgmatt project on July 2, 2025, in Merlischachen. The project, located on the shores of Lake Lucerne, involves the construction of 79 contemporary condominiums spread across 14 residential buildings. The apartments will offer breathtaking views of iconic landscapes such as Mount Rigi and Mount Pilatus. Fifty-one apartments have already been reserved or have been completed.

Designed to blend harmoniously into the picturesque setting of Merlischachen, the project emphasizes energy sustainability. The buildings benefit from the Minergie label, complemented by a photovoltaic system and a modern heat pump system. The first residents are expected to move in as early as the second quarter of 2026.
