Molten Ventures Announces Delisting from Euronext Dublin

Molten Ventures Plc has applied to delist its ordinary shares from Euronext Dublin as of 14 April 2025. Despite this move, Molten will maintain its presence on the London Stock Exchange. The decision comes after almost ten years of being listed in Ireland, driven by diverging regulatory frameworks post-Brexit.

The delisting aims to streamline compliance and reduce operational costs for the company. Molten Ventures, however, reaffirms its commitment to the Irish market, highlighted by the establishment of an Irish-focused fund in collaboration with the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund in July 2023.

Pending Euronext Dublin approval, the delisting is expected around 19 May 2025. Molten will continue to update stakeholders as proceedings advance.
