Molten Ventures Announces Further Realisation of Revolut Holding

Molten Ventures Plc, a significant player in venture capital, announced a further partial realisation of its stake in Revolut. As of March 31, 2025, the firm's valuation of its investment in Revolut was £157 million. In August 2025, Molten realised approximately £25 million and an additional £23 million recently, leaving a holding valued at around £130 million.

The company's cash realisations for the current fiscal year have reached approximately £85 million, aligning with their annual target of achieving a 10% portfolio value turnover. Molten Ventures is balancing capital allocation between new investments and shareholder returns through a share buyback program, which has returned £38.6 million to shareholders since July 2024.

The firm intends to report its financial results for the six months ending September 30, 2025, on November 25, 2025, offering further insights into its portfolio valuation.
