Molten Ventures Appoints Andrew Zimmermann as CFO

Molten Ventures plc has announced the appointment of Andrew Zimmermann as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, effective January 28, 2025. Zimmermann, who has been serving as Interim CFO since October 2024, originally joined Molten in November 2023 as Finance Director. He will also join the Board of Directors and is expected to be re-elected at the annual general meeting in July 2025.

Prior to joining Molten, Zimmermann was CFO at IPGL Limited and held the position of EMEA Finance Director at the Carlyle Group. Laurence Hollingworth, Chair of Molten Ventures, expressed confidence in Zimmermann's leadership and financial expertise. CEO Ben Wilkinson praised Zimmermann's capability and vision for supporting the company's long-term goals.

Zimmermann expressed his honor in accepting the role and looks forward to strengthening Molten's financial position during its growth phase. His remuneration will align with the shareholder-approved policy and disclosed in the annual report.
