Molten Ventures Awards Options to Key Executives
Molten Ventures Plc, listed on the LSE as "GROW", announced the granting of options for a total of 542,764 ordinary shares to key managerial personnel under their 2026 Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and Deferred Bonus Plan (DBP). These options, priced at a nominal 1p each, form part of the firm's 2026 strategic compensation plans.
The 2026 LTIP options are divided into core awards and outperformance awards, with core awards pegged at 125% of the executive's salary. Outperformance awards, at 62.5% of salary, are tied to total shareholder return (TSR) conditions. Both awards vest over a three-year period with criteria based on financial health and market performance.
Ben Wilkinson received 214,384 options, Stuart Chapman 173,670, and Andrew Zimmermann 154,710. The awards reflect the company's focus on aligning executive remuneration with shareholder value.
