Molten Ventures Concludes £5m Share Repurchase

Molten Ventures Plc, trading on LSE as GROW and Euronext Growth as GRW, announced on 12 March 2025 the completion of its £5 million share repurchase programme. The buyback involved Numis Securities Limited acquiring 63,334 ordinary shares at prices varying between 261.00p and 266.00p each.

The volume-weighted average price during the transaction was 263.5582p per share. Following this repurchase, Molten's total issued share capital amounts to 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 4,186,493 shares held in treasury.
